Waterside Onesie Blues

A few weeks ago I picked up this adorable new outfit from Anthropologie.

I know that I talk about Anthropologie a LOT on my blog. It's one of my favourite stores. Full disclosure: They don't give me a dime, all my love for them is free.

Anyway, on to the outfit! There it was, on the mannequin... calling to me. I knew I had to have it, and a quick try on confirmed that it was love at first zip-up.

With the gorgeous blue and white pattern, the racer back, and the V-neckline, I knew that it belonged dockside at my cottage for a cool and comfy look.

Don't let the silhouette fool you! Take a closer look at the bottom hem...

That's right! Wide legged jumpsuit! A onesie to love and treasure! When I'm standing still I look like I'm rocking a gorgeous maxi dress with a to die for pattern.

Then I can enjoy the added thrill of a high kick, watching the wide pant leg fly!

I think the pattern is the real winner for me, but also the shape of the jumpsuit on my frame. Where it hugs in all the right places, while still having those gorgeous billowing pant-legs

It's the perfect length to wear with a low (but fabulous) wedge, can be worn belted or on it's own, and the cut of the top has a little sex appeal to the lines.

I had a ton of fun photographing this outfit as the sun sank in cottage country. A jumpsuit to be loved, check it out on the Anthropologie website.

Now time to enjoy the waterside view!
