The Burger's Priest

The Burger's Priest review Port Credit

Last night it was far too hot to cook, so we decided to walk over to this burger joint we've been meaning to try: The Burger's Priest.

I'd heard lots of different things about it. Rave reviews from anyone who's eaten there, it was even mentioned by Daniel Radcliffe in an interview he did while shooting "The F Word" in Toronto.

What was MOST interesting about it to me, was the "mystery menu". The Burger's Priest has a section of their menu that is hidden to people who pop in for a burger, so you never know what you're going to get.

Armed and ready for adventure we walked down to the restaurant ready for our "mystery burger"... Then. Disappointment. Apparently they only do the mystery menu at the Queen Street location. We swallowed our sadness that we would know what we were ordering, and just got a burger. Kris got a classic Cheese, I got the "California Style".

Look at this thing! Pure sacrilege!

I have to say, even though I knew what I was getting, this burger was phenomenal! A religious experience to the last bite. I'm sort of sad I didn't order two. We both agreed that it was likely the best burger either of us had eaten in a long while.

If you're interested in learning more about Burger's Priest, visit there website here. You can even access the secret menu if you're going to go by the Queen street location. I refuse to look at it because I'm DETERMINED to get my mystery burger. If it's as good as the one I had last night...

... There won't be much left when I'm done.
